Standard Temporary Fence Panels - AS4687-2007
The Hesly Standard Temporary Fence Panels is a kind of welded wire fence manufactured in accordance with Australian Standard AS 4687-2007 Temporary Fencing and Hoardings and is designed to withstand harsh Australian climates. It is constructed by galvanized welded wire mesh and round tubes, which provides a smooth surface with excellent rust & corrosion resistance performance and a rigid structure that works well for years. HESLY temporary fence is an ideal choice for preventing unauthorized access and is widely used in infrastructure, civil, industrial, commercial & demolition sites, construction sites, accident spots and a wide range of major public events.
Temporary fence panels always work in conjunction with our temporary fencing feet, clamps, stays and gates.
NOTE: The infilled welded wire mesh of HESLY temporary fence panels are 360° welded in the middle of the tube frame not just welded on the side surface of the frame. This processing technology make the fence panels more smooth and durable.

Flatten Ends of Horizontal Pipes The flatten ends design is to save freight cost. Both the ends of the top and bottom horizontal pipes will be flattened. In this way, it can save big spaces during transporting. So a full container can load approx. 1/3 more than without flattened ending panels. |
Associated Pedestrian Gate
The temporary fencing system is supplied with matching gates using the same anti-climb mesh infill as the fence. Single or double-swing can be manufactured on request with temporary fence panels infill.
Different Coating Technique and Colors
Pre-galvanized - Economical but efficient temporary fence solution
Galvanized steel wires and steel pipes will be welded together and the weld points which the zinc coating is broken during welding will be treated with galvanization spraying. Weld points on the steel pipe will be painted with antirust paint and then galvanization spraying. This finish type can ensure at least 42 micron zinc coating thickness, which can satisfy normal applications.
Hot dipped galvanized after welding - More stable & anti-corrosive temporary fence solution
The raw material of temporary fencing panel, including steel wires and steel pipes are low carbon steel. They will be welded together in 360° full welding. Then the temporary fencing will be dipped in the container full of hot galvanization. In this way, each parts of temporary fencing can be coated with zinc evenly to ensure the long service life.
The hot dipped galvanized temporary fencing can ensure at least 90 microns zinc coating. It is suitable for high corrosive areas.
Powder Coated with high visible colors - More safety temporary fence solution
Our temp fence panels are also available powder coated for excellent appearance and more long life protection. The popular color is Green RAL 6005, Orange RAL 2009, Yellow RAL 1026 and other RAL colors are available on request.
