Chain Link Fence Fittings / Hardwares
Except for the chain link fencing, we offer a variety of chain link fence replacement parts, hardware, and components to help you build your chain link fence sturdily and reliably. From post caps to rail clamps to the screws and bolts that hold everything together, our wide selection of products guarantees you will find whatever you need.
Chain link fencing is a fencing system consist of many components. Chain link fence fittings can be attached onto different positions of your chain link fencing system to secure your chain link fencing system sturdy and durable. The galvanized or PVC coating surface ensures the long and durable service life for many years.
BARBED WIRE ARMS
A barb arm is a type of loop cap with an extended arm. The arm has grooves manufactured into it to hold strands of barbed wire. Used for security fences, barb arms come in 3 strand configurations pointing inward or outward at a 45 degree angle.
Other variations are vertical barb arms and 6 strand “V” barbed wire arms.
HESLY barbed wire arms are made of high quality galvanized pressed steels, which has excellent corrosion and rust resistance performance.

BRACE & TENSION BANDS
Brace bands are round clamps made from thin steel. They are designed to wrap around the post and secure tightly with a carriage bolt.
Brace bands are used to attach other chain link fence parts together. Such as rail ends, tension wire and truss rod tighteners.
Tension bands are similar to brace bands, however, the two tabs that stick out from the posts are slightly longer.
Used to hold the tension bar in place, the longer tabs of tension bands are required to provide room for the tension bar to fit between terminal posts and the carriage bolts.

TENSION BARS
A tension bar is a flat piece of steel that weaves into the end of the fabric. Its job is to evenly provide tension to the wire mesh. Tension bands wrapped around the tension bar secure it to the terminal post.
Galvanized steel tension bars are important component of chain link fencing system, they are used to attach the chain link fencing onto the post. They can help stretch the chain link fence fabric evenly.

TRUSS RODS
Truss rods and tighteners are used when braces and trusses are installed on chain link fences and gates. Truss Rods are threaded on one end to attach to the tightener, the other end can be welded or bent to form a hook to fit in a rail end combo fitting.

FENCE WIRE TENSIONER / WINDER / WIRE STRAINER
A fence wire tensioner is always to be used for a chain link fence with lines of tension wires. A wire tensioner can make the tension wire stretched tightly.

TENSION WIRE LINES
Tension wire is a steel wire that gets stretched tightly from one terminal post to the next. The gauge of the tension wire is the same as the fabric wire or a little bigger. This provides extra strength and rigidity to the wire fabric. Sometimes a top tension wire is installed instead of top rail. However, it is mostly found at the bottom of the fabric. Often times referred to as bottom wire.
Tension wire gets attached to fabric with a special circular ring called a hog ring.

HOG RINGS
Hog rings are special wire type fasteners that come in the shape of a “C”. When clamped closed using hog ring pliers, the ends of the “C” overlap each other locking the ring into place.
Hog rings are uses to attach tension wire to chain link wire mesh. Stainless steel and galvanised steel options are available.

TOP RAIL CONNECTORS
End rail caps, also called end rail cups, are widely used at the end of top rail and bottom rail. They can connect a brace bands to top rails, middle rails and bottom rails at each end posts, gate post and corner post.
Offset Rail Ends are a cup-shaped fitting used with a brace band, carriage bolt and nut to connect the top rail or brace to a post. These have 1 hole and the tab is fastened to top of cup at a 45°.
Brace Rail Ends are a cup-shaped fitting used with a brace band, carriage bolt and nut to connect the top rail or brace to a post in conjunction with connecting the truss rod. Tab has 2 holes and is welded to cup parallel to the ground, there are no holes in the cup.
Combination Rail Ends are a cup-shaped fitting used with a brace band, carriage bolt and nut to connect the top rail to a post in conjunction with connecting the truss rod. These have 2 holes for 3/8″ truss rods and 45° tab having 1 hole.

END RAIL & LINE RAIL CLAMPS
End rail clamps are widely used to install middle braces on chain link fences.
Line rail clamps, also called boulevard clamps, are widely used to attach two horizontal chain link fencing rails together. The fence posts are placed in the center of line rail clamp.

LOOP CAPS FOR THE TOP RAIL AND LINE POST
Line post caps are used to cap the top of line posts and allow the top rail to slide through freely. The galvanized and PVC coating line post caps are all corrosion and rust resistance to increase the service life of chain link fencing caps.

POST CAPS
Post caps are installed at top of post to decorate and protect posts from rains, snows and other corrosive elements and extend fence system service life.
