HESLY Steel Windbreak Fence System(also called wind barrier, windbreak wall) is an advanced technology to solve the problem of dust pollution control in the open yard of bulk material. The required materials for wind fence and dust suppression
The steel windbreak fencing consists of three parts: the foundation, steel structure and the steel windbreak panel. The steel structure is custom designed according to factors such as the coal pile height, wind load, desired earthquake resistance, etc.
Each structural post for our coal pile wind fence is completed in our factory. The steel windbreak panels are fastened on the
structure by stainless bolts and nuts.
The surface color of windbreak panels is customizable according to client-side demands so as to match the surrounding environment. Multi color collocation makes the wind break system a beautiful scene.
The windbreak panels are connected together using connectors on the long edge. All the connectors are fabricated from the same material as the panels, and also undego the same surface treatment.
Stainless steel bolts and nuts used in our wind fence system. The function to fix the windbreak panels onto the steel structure, and also serve to fasten the panel connectors.
