BRC Roll Top Fencing - Welded Wire Fence
BRC fence, also known as Roll Top Fence, is a kind of specially designed welded wire mesh fence with unique and user-friendly "rolled" beam section at the top and bottom edge of the panels without sharp or raw edges. Hesly Roll Top Fence is manufactured from high tensile steel wires that are welded together and bent to form a triangular roll top surface at its top and bottom to provide a firm structure and accurate mesh openings. Its rolled edges not only offer an authentic user-friendly surface, but also give maximum rigidity and excellent visibility. It is suitable where safety is a consideration, such as schools, sports, parks and playgrounds, and company premises. Currently, it is very popular among Singapore, Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia etc.
Roll Top Mesh Panels
- Roll top panels are 3000mm wide and heights range from 900mm to 1800mm. To achieve fence heights in excess of 1.8m the panels are designed for multi-lift erection. ie. one or more panels placed above the bottom panel.
- The panels have a unique and “user friendly” closed beam section located along the top and bottom edge of the panel.
- Compliant - with no sharp or raw edges, making it the ideal system for schools and play areas.
- Mesh sizes are 150 x 50mm, and panels are manufactured from heavy 5mm wires, to achieve high levels of rigidity.

The popular posts for BRC Roll Top fence are manufactured from hot dip galvanized 60 x 60mm or 60×80mm( others are available) square tube and 60mm O.D round tube and are available from stock to suit fence heights of 1.2m or 2.4m. Longer posts for higher fences can be supplied. Panels are secured to the posts with steel clips and 6.0mm galvanized security fixings screwed into threaded inserts in the posts. All posts are supplied with protective plastic end caps.
